Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

Eligibility for Refunds: We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if there was an error in your order (such as receiving the wrong product), you are eligible for a refund.

Refund Request: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item(s).

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as promotional or sale items, may not be eligible for refunds. This will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. 

Return Shipping: In cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, such as a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Late or Missing Refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

a. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All legal matters pertaining to this agreement or any disputes arising from it shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Any legal proceedings, litigation, or arbitration shall be conducted solely within the courts of Lucknow, and all parties involved hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts. This clause ensures that any legal issues will be resolved in accordance with the laws and regulations of Uttar Pradesh.
